Countering racism is a complex challenge. There are a lot of factors at play – from individual to group to systemic factors. The topics here reflect that range and address specific critical topics. mSome, like being a recovering racist, are personal. Some, like the five chapters in the story of racism are systemic (and historical). Some are a combination, such  as White privilege.  And some are organizational, like the challenge facing the C-Suite.
